South Eatonville sits adjacent to one of, if not the fastest, growing City Center in all of the GTA.  As such, over the next several years a massive amount of development will take place in and around our neighbourhood.

It is not the goal of SERA to stop development—rather we strongly believe in development being a means to improve our community. 

What our membership demands though is that development be done in a manner that is respectful of the neighbourhood. For development to be done with the goal of improving the community for all residents of South Eatonville.  For it to preserve the best parts of our community and make better what it can.
